Alv Knutsson

Alv Knutsson of Tre Rosor, died c. 1495, was born in Sweden and became a councillor of the realm in Norway and commander (høvedsmann), the king's officer in charge, of the royal residence in Bergen. At the division in Bergen in September 1490 of the estate of Junker Hans Sigurdsson he received Giske with the estate in Romsdal and on Sunnmøre. He gathered land from Voss to Namdalen and had the manor Grefsheim in Hedmarken, by Lake Mjøsa. He was the father of Knut Alvsson.

Son of Agnes Alvsdatter, born in Sweden, councillor of the realm in Norway. He gathered land from Voss to Namdalen and received Giske at the division of the estate of Junker Hans Sigurdsson in 1490. Father of Knut Alvsson.
