Bodil Knutsdatter

Bodil Knutsdatter was the daughter of Knut Alvsson and married to the lawman Fader Nilsson (Sparre). She is best known as the mother of Gjørvel Fadersdatter, who became the last of the family to own the Giske estate. Through Bodil the right of inheritance to Giske passed from the Tre Rosor family to the Sparre family in Sweden.
