Otte Matsson (Rømer)

d. c. 1490

Otte Matsson (Rømer), died c. 1490, was an heir of Katarina Jonsdatter and of Junker Hans at Giske. How he was related to Katarina has not been established. At the division of the estate in Bergen in 1490 he and his siblings received, among other things, all of Sørøya in Finnmark and the lower farm at Bjarkøy in Troms. His daughter, Fru Inger of Austrått, carried the inheritance on.

Of the Rømer family. Heir of Katarina Jonsdatter and of Junker Hans Sigurdsson at Giske. At the division of the estate in 1490 he received, among other things, Sørøya in Finnmark and the lower farm at Bjarkøy in Troms. How he was related to Katarina has not been established.
